Energy had been restored to over 800,000 citizens by Saturday and the largest power firm said the main work to restore power was finished though partial blackouts persisted.

Ukraine's defense forces neutralized 54 out of 78 Russian drones launched towards Ukraine overnight, the military reported on Saturday.

The Russian military authorities claimed it eliminated 42 enemy drones over Russian territory.
