Building On Earlier Shortcomings

This title comes off the heels of the futuristic Battlefield 2042, published in the past to a negative response it struggled to bounce back from.

"We most likely would not be able to create and produce Battlefield 6 without the learnings we gained in the last release," the manager shares with us.

One of those insights was to engage fans involved from the start, and the team initiated exclusive fan trials not long ago.

The "feedback was incredibly encouraging," comments the manager.

One more absent component from Battlefield 2042 was a solo experience, which has been brought back for this release.

The UK studio creative lead Fasahat "Fas" Salim is the one tasked with "guaranteeing those levels are as fun and engaging as possible for the gamers."

Regardless of allegations that the scope of the project had put a strain on the different studios working together across continents to create the title, the director is optimistic about the process.

"Working with different backgrounds, different backgrounds, it's a very interesting setting to be involved in every day," he explains.

"This whole method has been a fresh take but additionally truly thrilling because we are collaborating with team members from around the globe."

Concerning the pressure on the crew, Fas says: "There is stress but also it's motivating.

"It's a large undertaking. It's probably the largest that most of us have previously been involved in."

Emerging Artist Adds Fresh View
